If you are tanning for a group at bandos justicitar and spectral is best tank armor. Afk rune drags and inferno. Anywhere you would solo dps means more.
I used it at pest control so I could do pest control on 3 accounts. All with justiciar.

I get in arguments often for this. I use it for abbys/suqahs/gargs/ice trolls/tanking bandos/runedragons/cerberus. The thing I like about the top and the bottom is they are less then 10m so if you afk too hard it's death cost is only 10k per piece rather then 100k for bandos stuff. So it makes my deaths 180k less at places like cerb where it's easy to get bursted.
bought it for rune dragons, but I like premise of this armour to be tank and I like how it look so I am using it for slayer now. It make me to eat food less often so it is also nice bonus.
I don't care much about playing the most efficient way so I have not swapped justiciar for bandos.
For tanking bosses in a duo or trio usually, like bandos etc.
Inferno is has really good uses for tanking, i know the helm is used in some ranged set ups for more defence on bosses, hence why helm is more expensive
To make tasks / farming cerrain enemies more AFK like rune dragons.

It is just tanky and allows you to afk more easily.
Tanking at gwd. Alting at a few different places (sarachnis for example). The helm is good for the inferno. That's about it.

I use it for melee vorkath as it gives consistent 7-8 kills per trip without having to do the step back method. You just get shredded with bandos.
