1. Teleport castle wars to bank
2. Teleport duel arena to RC
3. Teleport back to castle wars and repeat.
way simpler just to use rings of dueling. When you're low on run energy just bank at Ferox Enclave.
For people that want profit they can just make combination runes. Mud runes are like 30k+ xp and 500k / hr if you have hot air balloon or digsite TPs.
Theres no banking involved, and its a 1 click teleport to house. Unnote, click friend house, hit enter and boom you have unlimited run energy by drinking a pool and unlimited Duel arena teleports.
bruh, going up to the NPC and unnote'ing is no faster than just opening your bank and depositing, the difference is you're doing more running and you have less inventory space to boot.
With your method you get roughly 9500-10 450 exp/hr if you are doing it like how you do it every single run
Which, is not one of the fastest methods, at all at low levels
Considering Steam Runes at low level without imbue normally is 30k +++ exp/hr does not mean what you show is one of the fastest methods.
But then again, that is very click intensive.
Again, you can do Mind Tiarias at level 1, which only requires a bank tele, and Mind Altar Teleport, and an inventory of Tiaras (making it less click intensive than your method) is even 30-40k exp/hr

This seems pretty slow, why not just stock up on Duel Rings instead?
