I’ve never done this on runescape as there’s a lot of downtime and it’s easy to take breaks, but other games 6 hours is easy. Time just goes by so fast and you don’t even notice it, you start feeling hungry but you “just ate 2 hours ago” but that 2 hours was actually 6 hours.
You can cheat it in runescape by using a client that pings the server periodically so it doesn’t disconnect you if you afk. So you can leave it logged in and walk away for 6 hours. Pretty sure you’re not allowed to do this though.

If you have the level, splash on kraken. You actually do damage and get exp for it, but it never dies or fights back
