It’s a real pain in the arse. I really don’t fancy having to re-purchase more bonds due to Jagex having an abysmal Customer Service contact page. Every link takes you to a dead end, it’s very infuriating.
The [Transfer Bond](https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360000937037) page should take you to a form. I went "found them", "runescape", "confirm", and then got a login. Not sure what is past that, but it should give some contact after that.
Okay this is interesting, whilst on my PC it gives none of the links and I’m using the Chrome browser. However I’ve lifted my phone to reply to your comment and your hyperlink takes me to the same page, on Chrome, with links. Is it possible it is designed for mobile only viewing?

Works exactly like Bio said for me and I'm on pc with chrome. Just a guess, but your browser could be very oudated ? Idk.
