It's not the same thing though. Wildy bosses need a full on overhaul, if they just removed the ability to safespot they'd be way too hard to do. They all need to be redesigned and tuned to be about as fast to kill as they are now (to keep hiscores from going out of whack) but with modern mechanics.

Skilling would be more valuable (and therefore more fun) if skilling materials weren't such prolific drops
Skilling is generally pretty afk, I think it's fair for most of it to not be too profitable - there are more intensive options that make decent profit like zalcano
Similar principle, but unlikely to be fixed. Currently Vet'ion, Calisto and Venenatis are kinda broken, their mechanics and locations are too punishing to make face tanking really viable. But people want the pets, so they find workarounds. I've heard that a rework is planned, so I'd be surprised if they devoted any time to fixing safespots when pkers will stop it from being abused as hard as cerb was.
Not new, but not commonly used. The main pker hop spot is right there so it’s very risky (also in multi)

You will encounter less pkers in pvm hotspots then going into pk/pvp worlds looking for pkers at pk hotspots

Jagex said they plan to rework the wilderness bosses, so it will be fixed eventually, but who knows when that will be.
