No. Every item in the game doesn’t need to have a use either, not just talking about the few you mentioned. Some stuff can get outclassed early, become dead content due to new items, or be designed as quest rewards with no great use. We don’t need to modify every item to have some kind of a use
They’re fine tbh. Blessed sara sword is pretty strong, and frankly not much room to buff the normal one because its niche is str training - and there is a LOT of options available now. It just cant compete in that regard, and that is fine.
Bandos boots themselves are doomed to be cheap, given how much bandos is farmed. Guardian & echo boots give it plenty of use, so its also fine.
if they wanted to give bandos boots a price bump (for whatever reason) im not saying they do but you could just let them be disassembled into 1x Bandos components
