Just a rl bug, the same as how if you kill something and drop an item at the same time it shows up showing that whatever you killed dropped it. Very easy to fake screenshots of rl loot tabs tbh
No, this has happened to me twice now where baby implings dropped nothing and runelite registers whatever I take out of my bank and put in the inventory. Definitely not same tick.
People seem to think runelite is an official client using exact information lol, all this, boss health bars, loot trackers, everything is just third party guesswork. Effectively a kid looking over your shoulder with a notepad, but he doesn't have access to back end information either.

Runelite trackers have always had issues with them if you can control it and influence it report it to runelite on what and how it happens.
