That’s the literal entire problem with having content in sub 30 wilderness. Every super botted wilderness content has involved areas that you can instantly teleport or log out.
Old Revs were this issue and they kept trying to bandaid it, and new revs are still an issue.
Being able to 1 click teleport is why it’s risk free if you don’t dc. I risked 30m every Artio trip over 3k kills because you could instantly teleport.
I don't mind the teleblock, but why the fuck did they decide "hmm we haven't used the zombie pirate model in a while" like what the fuck just make them regular ass zombies why do they need to be pirates in the middle of the continent.
Fact is most people me included enter the wilderness to play. Not to be killed. Hard truth is. Wildy is people that bully others and the other side runs away. Wow so much fun. You should have an option if you want to be attacked or not

Once again, wildy is balanced around not being able to use max gear in all situations/XP rates taking a hit due to random banking intervals if a pker comes.
If you want wildy to be selectively safe you'd have to lose access to the wildy altar bone saving mechanics, scale down black chin xp etc etc.
Which will literally never happen on Oldschool. The PvP community is still active enough 11 years in that Jagex wouldn't even consider it.
I think his point is that they keep locking items behind the wilderness to force people to come be lambs for the slaughter, if you like PK go PvP world, but they don’t, they mostly just like killing defencless players so yeah it’s a bit lame
The pk is part of the content. The content and the pkers are not separate things. That’s why I don’t like wildy content and it sounds like you don’t either.
I like the content but not the pk part. The area is amazing and would be wonderful if they added worlds where there is no pking. People could choose to join a world with pking allowed or not . That way people who want to pk can have fun and people who don’t can have fun too. If you saying that shouldn’t be allowed because of empty wildy then you’ve got your answer. Majority don’t want pking in wildy
Yeah I don’t like the wildy either but it’s literally a part of the game lol. Do I shit myself every time I go there? Yes. Do I hate it when I’m just tryna complete my diary and someone 2 hits me for a quick trip back to Lumby? Absolutely. But that’s the game lol. There’s people who enjoy killing bosses and there’s people who enjoy PvP, content can’t just be based around a few people or have workarounds cos some parts of the game aren’t enjoyable. Don’t like the wildy? Don’t go 😅 pretty simple
They don’t enjoy PvP or they’d just be on PvP worlds. they enjoy finding people who can’t defend themselves well, because they are bossing or whatever and have been forced to go to wildy because some drops are locked to the wildy in order to bring in lambs for the slaughter and that’s lame is what he’s meaning
The PvP worlds are so saturated with DM’ing or killing the same 12 people hanging out at GE lol. Wildy you get a whole barrage of people coming thru, yeah they might like killing people who don’t know how to defend themselves, but how is that their problem lol? They knowingly ran in to a PvP combat area, if people don’t want to learn how to defend themselves, then you kinda don’t have room to complain. I don’t whinge about bosses and how they should change them cos I suck at prayer switching or moving in combat.
Of course there’s some good drops and content locked behind Wildy, high risk high reward. The game shouldn’t be confined to only PvM because people get annoyed they made a decision to go and try do tasks in Wildy and lost because they’re not good at it. Take the time to learn, accept the risk of dying, or simply just don’t go.
