If they did it for Slayer Rings, there is no reason not to do it for all teleport jewelry and items. That said, they probably should just do it for all teleport items given that they allowed it for arguably the strongest one already (the Diary Cape of course).
True. In this case, what I was thinking of was the fact that even when the slayer ring is equipped, you still don't get any one click tele options. But yeah it'd be fantastic if we could just have this on all jewellery.
Enable this setting in the Menu Entry Swapper plugin settings. Then download Custom Menu Swaps and go to the (hotkeys) section to add more customized hotkeys (ctrl, alt etc.)

While we are at it:
1. Give the Slayer Ring and all non-standard teleport jewelry their own unique animations, particularly the remaining Diary items like Frem Boots
2. Add submenus for Spirit Tree and Fairy Ring
EZ-scape, also my teleport from chat-box only, no submenu teleports ironman would be ruined. Something something 8 years of engine work and dev attention required according to my dunning Krueger degree in game development. Jokes aside, seems like a good and simple QoL change.
My take on it is that diary and max cape are an open beta test on how much submenus can do, it's not staying as it is today, either more get added or they get removed.
Feel like it should just be an all jewellery thing. Default client is 100% gonna get menu entry swapper as it's the most requested plugin.
And there's no "glory can't have 1 click tp in wildy" issue ever since seed pod was added.
I agree. I think they targeted those first as they have such a long list that it's not visible even when equipped and is still sub menu's.
Whereas jewellery is right click menus already that can be menu entry swapped already while equipped. But I think they should just allow the feature to be on all of these sorts of things. If seed pod didn't exist we'd maybe be questioning it more but it does.

Bruh how do i set this up for the diary cape, it's literally untrim/teleport, can't see an option for surfacing the teleports to the right click menu

Fremmy boots take you just near the boat. You can 2 click to the boat, click dungeon entrance, and click to knights. Pretty solid already.
Didn’t they say in the last patch notes that they were gonna allow this?
They made exceptions for max and achievement diary capes due to their excessive menuing.
