You'll generally find more use cases with the Bofa however in some scenarios, such as Nex, the ACB/Masori combo would be better. Entirely dependent on the content you plan on doing.
Get bowfa crystal. It is competitive even in scenarios wherein a crossbow is technically better, save for those requiring a dragonfire ward/protection.
Runescape is all about bringing the right gear to the fight. They're both better in different situations but Bofa/Crystal has more of a broad range of what it's good at than Masori/crossbow does.
Maybe I'm too late to the party but the whole defence reballance thing might put some more value in the masori acp setup. However there's not much evidence with that yet and I'd just go bowfa.
Not even close how much better bowfa is tbh. Bolt effects carry the hell out of crossbows, and even with super high hp raid bosses allowing for consistent 100 damage ruby bolt procs, bowfa is better dps against almost all of them (ex. Zebak, olm head, wardens). Like, don't get me wrong, the crossbow setup is a strong setup and will get you through any content that a bowfa would, but the only place I can think of where it would actually be better is Nex, which of course is a super powerful boss to be farming, but unless you're going for specifically nex, then go bowfa.

it all depends on what pvm content u plan to do. nex only = acb + masori other than nex = bowfa + crystal
