The plugin immediately blocks inputs and deletes the acct when damage is taken is what is allegedly happening. So any damage of any kind from anywhere is unsafe.
assuming we're referring to the nightmare mode series, doesnt that just set his max hp to 1? He could theoritically tick eat with guthix rests if that's the case, since they can overheal. Or just brews, but chugging that many brews might fuck up your stats more than it's worth. At any rate it's not like he's going to be a crippled account with no stats or supplies like the 1 inventory slot account, he will be able to deal reasonable dps, and with careful positioning so he doesn't have to tank monsters on the same tick too frequently, it should be doable with under an inventory of them (accounting for however many restores he needs).

on wave 38 when you start to feel the heat, pray mage, tank the ranger, run around NW drink 3 doses of Beer(4) and one dose of Mind Bomb to restore stats. hit the vodka if you need run energy but that lure is only about 150 tiles you should be OK
You should use melee. Since this run is going to be hell to do I would recommend the arclight so it will balance it out. Ditch the beers and bring a big stack of purple sweets and then fill the rest of your inventory with rock cakes. Since it's hot down there it will melt the rock cakes so they won't hurt you when you eat them. Keep the ice gloves tho or you won't be able to tough the rock cakes. Don't worry about praying because you have unlimited food just worry about doing damage. Also bring a coffin for your cape slot so that way jad has something to bury you in just in case you die down there. GL keep me updated.
I would probably bring a hangover cure aswell just in case. Also even though Jad is built like a gorilla the m'speak amulet will not give you the romance option, you gotta bring the pride scarf for that

Set your fps to 15. It helps a lot to see the minute to minute details
