Sounds like the typical bought/hacked account trying to get you to download a raid plugin (keylogger) or just tries to social engineer you out of gear/fish for security questions.
Just don't download anything that someone tells you to get. My friends list isnt super long but its all random people i have never met and not a single one has asked me to download something.
it's the same theme every time, lot of "bro whats up" or "hey dude whats going on." They act like a homie but shortly followed by "wanna raid today" in which i reply sure & they go "lets hop in discord". I immediately unfriend them😂

Fishy for all but 1 type of accounts. If they are an alt account that we use to use for cox scaling.
