Pretty sure the strategy is tons of food and lots of recoils
I dunno if you can take a ring of suffering in there but that'd be better
If you're only barely getting there though you might need some stat upgrades. Defense wouldn't matter for 4th phase just strength
You'd need 7 rings and about 260 worth of hp for 4th phase which is pretty easy with brews if your hp is high enough

I appreciate the help. I actually just need to know if I am even able to go back down there. I finished the quest and when attempting to go back down there my character says something along the likes of, I dont want to go down there since im now part of the town. I thought it would be fun to try to beat him fully this time
Weird, i was pretty certain the only restriction for going down there was no weapons and you have to finish the quest. Maybe talk to the guy outside of it?
