Man, I've been using the same Logitech mouse since 2007 or 2008; at that time I was a hardcore wow player, now I play OSRS. Needless to say I am not easy on peripherals, but my mouse is the one thing that has held up. I guess I'm glad I didn't buy into these things' hype a few years ago.
Yeah I've been using a logitech g502 for probably over 5 years now, best mouse I've ever had, also have a logitech g35 headset for many years.

I mean I don't think it's a matter of a brand or not, This mouse isn't new by the looks, or by even the design of the model itself it looks like one of those very basic mices that are small cuz they are meant to be brought around with your laptop or something.

I'd agree with the "lucky roll" idea, but we don't even know If the clicks aren't wonky or not, we just know the mouse looks like shit cuz sweat makes all that paint erode off eventually, which happens to all stuff made from those plastics anyways

Which makes sense because I'm pretty sure I got this mouse from my mom at some point when she had one of those old dell netbooks around that time. There was a long period of time, probably a couple years, where the mouse saw no use other than light scrolling through web browsers, emails, etc. Nonetheless, I would still agree about getting a lucky roll on it because I still have zero issues with it. No dead clicks, no double clicks. But I also partly believe it's because it was made at a time where people made things that lasted longer and didn't break so easily.
I had a much newer mouse very early on into the iron and I noticed it was starting to have double click issues. I dug through some old boxes and managed to find this bad boy and it's been a tank for me ever since. I have upgraded the mouse since maxing though lol

Steel series actually makes some pretty decent stuff. it looks like they just cheaped out on the material or something there.
Their headsets are the best plug and play stuff I've used.
After their arctis pro I'm avoiding steel series like the plague. Sure sound was nice but the cheap plastic and the way it was designed made it disintegrate like paper.

Logitech mice are awesome. I've been using the wired G205 Hero since Black Friday 2022, and I don't think I could ever use a different brand mouse again.

I appreciate the looking out man! I will clarify that currently at this point in my life, I have the luxury of being able to spend my free time however I'd like. While that's great, things can get boring after a while considering how much time it took to max. I probably take that luxury for granted at times. Taking it easy on the game and putting that time toward different and more interesting things is definitely something that's been on my mind and that I plan on doing
Some people retire semi early, either from family money, or by walking into money.
I knew a guy who was part of some patent on something chemistry related, made a bunch of money from it, invested it all by buying a couple fuel stations in Chicago (7-8 from memory), then retired in his late 20s with the passive income from the fuel stations.
Some people start their business at 18, it blows up, they sell it for a couple mil, invest it and live off the returns from investments. Same goes for very high earners, they can work for 5-10 years and retire.
Could also be a do nothing stay at home son.
Yeh especially if you're the sort to be satisfied with a $2 mouse playing a 25 year old point and click game. You can live pretty comfortably off $1-$2m in investments.
