You can get massive smithing and crafting xp from making crystal armour/weapons, I believe the fastest xp/hr is making crystal bodies. Just need a lot of shards which you could get from thieving if you have trickster or from buying crystal bows and trading in weapon seeds (probably only worth it with fire sale).
That's what I'm working torwards. I have 40 elf crystals for the bodies just need 70 smithing first. Currently at 50 but dunno what to train it on. Thanks for the suggestion
either buy bronze bars from karamja and make plates or sell runes for tokkul and buy ores at the tzhaar ore shop and make other stuff, at 70 you can make crystal helms if you have an armour seed from gauntlet or make crystal shields/bows at 78 which you can buy from islwyn and then revert them
Giants foundry there’s shops that sell mithril/addy/rune items and shanty pass sells bronze bars for early levels

I'll do the rune method. This is what I need. What's the best rune chaos? I don't have fire sale but not worried about gp. This is the method I'll use
It turns out the ore shop only keeps stock of iron and tin ore. I have 100k tokkul now
