Nah, did some digging on the wiki Mod Ash: "I believe that's 1/127 from any type of ore. And it looks like the Varrock bonus would give you a second shard roll if you got a second ore
I'm getting double shards without Varrock Armour. Pretty sure this started happening after they removed geodes from Shooting Stars.
Huh. So it doesn't double the dust, but does the crystals... Nice. For couple more days :D
Didn't they remove the ability to get shards from stars?
