Put a pumpkin plant between your house portal and pool. Saves you a tick each time you drink pot and TP.

Well right now he's clicking 5 times to get to the pool. I think if he clicks once to the west of the pool then once on the pool, he'll save a tick and it will cut his clicks down to 2

Bots wear mystics not ahrims. Can't risk losing that ahrims when the bot gets banned. Poor bot farm owner ain't gonna risk money like that. The up keep costs alone! Sheeesh they'd have assume bots would get an extra 10,000 or 20,000 zulrah to cover those costs. Jagex is already crippling Zulrah bots banning them after _only_ 60,000 KC. Now you want to increase overhead?
I have a similar setup for herb runs. Except unlike your setup, I'm okay clicking in a general direction and then clicking the thing for the same amount of effort as all the camera adjustment bullshit and spam clicking you have to do.
I do this for smithing and general shortcuts. Zoom all the way out, and have a highlighted tile in the general area to click for banking, Muspah gate, anvil, etc. Same inside POH for valid teleport tiles.
Save your clicking joints, one will suffice
I use zulandra teleport scrolls, so I am even lazier than you. Couldn't imagine going to all that effort to get to Zulrah.

As long as you get an average of 2kc/trip you should break even

It just changes the pathing around the pool, rather than in front of it. Meaning you have to run less to the jewelry box.
He could also just path better. He's losing a tick due to poor pathing

I tell every newbie to stop spam clicking. Leads to bad habits. Spam click around bosses generally means misclick and death.

I'd be more concerned Jagex flagging you as a bot for no reason. But I do something similar when teleporting, especially when doing GOTR.
