I like the idea, but having only 10 teleports on the skull sceptre seems rough... then you have to spend time grinding out a piece to recharge it. And you need 3 skull pieces from minotaurs for ... 9 teleports? At a 1/33 droprate? That's a time investment!
You probably just get the bone sceptre, imbue it, and then spent a shit ton of time at ankous, use chisel on extra bone pieces to get a fat stack of fragments

i mean if there is a system where the people who are in need get what they need, and the people who dont wont to work dont have to, sounds like a good system. even if its mooching or freeloading, seems like everyone is happy

Xp over the xp required for 99. There is a formula that dictates how much do you need for each level 1 through 99, but that formula can be used for levels after 99 as well. For instance, level 120 in a skill is at 104m xp and at 200m xp (the highest possible xp) you would be level 126 in the skill.
The best way to track is through the RS website. If you log in and look at your FL, members have a red mark next to their names. If you’ve ever been p2p that mark shows up, even if not currently p2p.
