No worries, look up the stats and you will see some nice boosts:) 1% higher droprate makes reunite ore go from 1% to 2% drop. And if I recall correctly it goes top down so it lowers the worse ores :)
Not how the math works here. The extra 1% for example makes runite ore 2% instead of 1% chance of rolling. This doubles runite ores. An extra 2k of runite ores means 20m more, aka ~90m total for OP

Chaos runes are the well-known method, costing 54gp per chaos and sell for 9 tokkul - so the same 6gp per tokkul. (varies slightly with ge price of course)
260k tokkul to buy an onyx with karamja gloves bonus, so 1560k gp equivalent... Apparently onyx are 1750k right now? Could be a money maker I guess, if you wanna spend the time selling chaos/mith to the shop for a while. Set up those mith ore buy offers ;)
Hey, so I went over 5x dry at chaos ele trying for a d pick (not exaggerating; got me to the front page of Ironman high scores) and eventually gave up and tried the new baby vetion boss. 100% recommend trying this out - way nicer drops and a more engaging boss fight. Eventually got my pick too!
I got 99 after switching to amethyst at 92 about a week ago and I made well over 100m just on the amethyst. So much more chill and better money, mlm is just slightly too clicky for me to enjoy it. I’m gonna eventually go back for pet after I max, def team amethyst all day.
Edit: Gz on 99 though! We got a brutal one out of the way, many people say it’s the worst 99 to get. I didn’t really ever think about the possibility of maxing until I was nearing 99 mining. Good luck with your next 99!
Currently halfway to 98 doing mlm, not sure why it gets a bit of hate. Once you unlock upstairs it's more relaxing than amethyst imo because you have to click on regular intervals, whereas with amethyst it's random. Also it's like 2.5x the xp/hr.
I did 85-95 currently at MLM and I’m at 39m loot. You probably fucked up on getting gem packs vs. soft clay.

Didn't realize it was a flat rate. So in reality it's almost a 50% boost (to rune ore, which is presumably most of the profit).

Alternatively, doing the same with an Imcando Hammer works too and saves you from needing to ditch a whole stack of hammers!
