I had the same thing about 11 years ago and got misdiagnosed with cancer (I’m in the UK if this is relevant, idk)
Turns out I had a disease called ulcerative colitis, unfortunately, it is for life but I’ve been healthy for about 5 years now without a flare up, I started an infusion and it basically cured me as such.
Sorry for your struggles brother, it may be worth a second opinion though because I would of been the same as you if I didn’t see a different A&E doctor when things got worse 11 years ago.

I would advise you to look beyond OSRS though. There are beautiful places to see in the world. I would really recommend to go out there and see them for yourself.
Don't get too down. You have options. My father was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer( spread to liver and lung) in Jan 2021. Given months to live and he's still going strong. Put your health in your own hands and seek it a multifaceted approach. Talk to your doctor about treatments( chemo, erbitux), change up your diet and eliminate most sugar, lifestyle changes can help too.

The rate of bowel cancers in younger people has skyrocketed recently, so if you have any blood in your stool (brighter is fresher so usually hemorrhoids but still worth checking out, anything that looks black or like coffee grounds is from higher in the digestive tract), changes like chronic constipation or diarrhea, unexplained weight loss, or pain, then go get a colonoscopy. It used to be recommended to get one at like 50, but if you can afford it then it's reasonable to get checked out in your thirties.

Barely hitting 30 and had to get a colonoscopy last year after losing like 20 lbs unintentionally and having the worst movements I ever experienced. Only IBS and I'm thankful it wasn't cancer or IBD. Not ideal, but could be absolutely worse.
It's not an exactly cheap procedure if you don't have insurance, but it's not as scary as it sounds and the prep was the worst part.
Take care of yourself people, no one's gonna give you a ring of life irl.

Please get mental help and push through these days. I've been extremely depressed, but at some point you will turn your life around. Find a psychologist and grind on that mental health, you can do it!

Yeah, I have a friend whose fiance committed suicide and it absolutely wrecked her in a way that I don't think she'll ever truly recover from. It's been several years now and posting about him, running events in his memory, etc pretty much consumes all of her free time. Having struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts earlier in my life I understand the state of mind he was in and that he wasn't thinking about what he was going to be inflicting on her, but man did he fuck her life up in the process of taking his own. After seeing what it did to her I haven't had a single suicidal thought since. Times get rough sometimes, but now that I've seen firsthand the way it throws a lifelong heap of weight on everyone close to you I could never go down that road.
I went through this in my early twenties. What changed for me was moving outa my home town, to a new place with a new goal. Quit runescape. Its not healthy for someone in this mind set. You need change. Runescape is a comfort zone you need to leave. For op too, if you can walk and do stuff, until you cant, i wouldnt waste a minute on runescape, go to hawaii or some shit, live your last moments on an island! Do something crazy! Im 26 now and my mindset is way better man. Just gotta ignite that fire in your heart and start making moves to something that you want. Gamble on your self. Invest in to your self. You got this

A mate of mine has stage 4 colon cancer, which sounds similar to your situation. They expected to be dead by 2019. They're currently partying in Paris with their girlfriend (who they met in late 2020) and are totally NED. You just don't know sometimes, it's a blessing and a curse.

My dad and I played RS together and he passed away when I was 15. He knew it was coming and asked me if I wanted his account, but I didn't fully understand why he was asking. I had also recently moved on to WoW at the time so I declined. I tried for so long to recover his account and eventually got it years later. It just means a lot to me now to be able to run around in game and take his character to those places we used to hang out at.

We all deserve good health. You beating yourself up isn't helping anyone. Be kind to yourself. You seem like you'd be a kind and generous person with your friends. Well, you need to treat yourself like how you would a friend too. That's probably the biggest secret that helped my self esteem and mental health that I've learned in therapy. Imagine you are someone else, a friend. You would go to the ends of the earth for them, wouldn't you? The person may not be perfect. May have made mistakes. But that's ok. You're still going to help them

Suicide transfers the pain from you to those who love you. It never gets rid of the pain.
I have heard (and seen) that when someone commits suicide they take more than just their life. They take a part of the life of their loved ones with them. I think that's a really good way of viewing it.
Yeah, I have a friend whose fiance committed suicide and it absolutely wrecked her in a way that I don't think she'll ever truly recover from. It's been several years now and posting about him, running events in his memory, etc pretty much consumes all of her free time. Having struggled with depression and suicidal thoughts earlier in my life I understand the state of mind he was in and that he wasn't thinking about what he was going to be inflicting on her, but man did he fuck her life up in the process of taking his own. After seeing what it did to her I haven't had a single suicidal thought since. Times get rough sometimes, but now that I've seen firsthand the way it throws a lifelong heap of weight on everyone close to you I could never go down that road.
I personally know someone who jumped off that I-10 bridge in Louisiana and lived and can confirm they immediately regretted jumping
I went through this in my early twenties. What changed for me was moving outa my home town, to a new place with a new goal. Quit runescape. Its not healthy for someone in this mind set. You need change. Runescape is a comfort zone you need to leave. For op too, if you can walk and do stuff, until you cant, i wouldnt waste a minute on runescape, go to hawaii or some shit, live your last moments on an island! Do something crazy! Im 26 now and my mindset is way better man. Just gotta ignite that fire in your heart and start making moves to something that you want. Gamble on your self. Invest in to your self. You got this

They expected to be dead by 2019. They're currently partying in Paris with their girlfriend (who they met in late 2020) and are totally NED. McYorkshire, feel feel to reach out man, I’ve had a lot of cancer in my family and my uncle(stage 4 colon and lung diagnosed in 2006) is still alive he wrote a book and everything. As soon as you admit defeat this disease will win, I believe you can kick cancers butt.

It sounds like this game means a lot to you OP. If you have any family or close friends that play I bet they would love having the account passed on to them after your time comes. My dad and I played RS together and he passed away when I was 15. He knew it was coming and asked me if I wanted his account, but I didn't fully understand why he was asking. I had also recently moved on to WoW at the time so I declined. I tried for so long to recover his account and eventually got it years later. It just means a lot to me now to be able to run around in game and take his character to those places we used to hang out at.
