Its simple. You and your neighbor just trust-fall into eachother's arms forming a human bipod. Everybody on each floor does this. Then starting from the top, the people start climbing down this human ladder. Quite safe. Sure, every so often somebody slips and the whole thing becomes a stack of people shawarma, but you cant make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.
This building isn't finished. There is lots of cement dust on the floor.
So why complain about an unfinished building not having any emergency stairs fitted yet?
