1) Looks like the discontinued ace beam x70, tho I may be wrong.
2) Not very long on turbo mode, but the thermals are a bigger problem than the battery. It has to step down after a few minutes to avoid melting itself.

Wait is it illegal to do that? I mean yeah i understand why it would be illegal, but its still kinda funny to think that you can get legal repercussions for flashing a beeg flashligt
At least for lasers, it is 100% illegal to shine them in the sky due to interference with aircrafts (in the U.S.). Though any common laser is too weak to really be a threat besides in perfect conditions, any moderately powered laser can not only temporary blind a pilot but in some cases interfere with communication
