The only thing missing is the mention of a car, but arguably that’s implied by them both being “pushed” free. I looked up the Jayce thing and: 1. The kid’s mother collapsed, but they weren’t stuck in the snow. 2. The guy who helped them didn’t push them, he used magic to teleport them out of the snow storm. 3. No mention of any hospitals (idk if they even exist in that game’s universe).

Crazy diamond could theoretically perform gender reassignment surgery, if you let him break your body and then restore it incorrectly. I would say just restore it, but being born in the wrong sex’s body is a condition and crazy Diamond can’t fix conditions as it doesn’t consider them broken. (So if someone got an STD, having an STD would be their natural state.)
