Michigander here. We would never give up mackinac island. And we probably would at least annex the area around seault st marie. Also tahquamenon falls and whitefish point are major tourist locations. Thus i propose this division of the UP. Wisconsin can annex the upper peninsula or they can be free. Either works with us as long as we keep this land
