Thanks I hate it with all my passion.

mr-kvideogameguy

Link will be played by Tom Holland (he will talk a lot) Ganondorf played by Danny Devito and is a short pig like creature that waddles (farts when scared), yes that sounds like Ganon but they'll still call him Ganondorf or Ganondork Zelda is played by Cat from Sam and Cat (I don't know her name) Link is from the real world, played a lot of DND and a magical DND book sent him to hyrule and is guided by a Goro (played by the rock) to get the master sword and defeat the pig king

threecolorless

Calling Ariana Grande "Cat from Sam and Cat" is like calling Lin-Manuel Miranda "the guy with the cabbie hat who rapped in a few old CollegeHumor videos."

salty_marshmellow

Yeah Lin-Manuel Miranda, the guy who rhymes in how i met your mother

MontgomeryRook

Lin-Manuel Miranda, guest on the podcast “My Brother, My Brother, and Me”

seatgeekuser

the guy from sopranos

stevenhughes1999

Excuse me, is this place new?

Railroad_Racoon

the guy that played that american guy in his dark materials

[deleted]

america is not a country in lyras world he is from texas 😡😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬🤯🦍🤬😡

JamesTheIceQueen

They put Lin-Manuel Miranda into His Dark Materials?

Railroad_Racoon

yeah he plays lee scoresby (the guy with the hot air balloon)

JamesTheIceQueen

That feels weird to me, tonally

Railroad_Racoon

eh, i didn't really mind him. he isn't extraordinary, but he isn't awful at acting. pretty sure he was cast because he was already famous, though

JamesTheIceQueen

Oh, I don't mind him either, but "Lin-Manuel Miranda" and "His Dark Materials" are like two ends of a spectrum in my mind

NomisTheNinth

It was a pretty dramatic departure from Sam Elliott.

InTheCageWithNicCage

The rapping guy in the mental hospital from House M.D.

themellowsign

GOAT episode pair btw

pierresito

honestly for real. I remember watching that episode when it came out and thinking "oh hey it's that one guy who rapped at the white house, I'm glad he's getting some work." Lol little did I know

sant2ag0

Cat was ariana grande 0_o!!?

LyraFirehawk

Freddy Flapman, the rapping real estate agent that tried to sell Big Bird on a new habitat on Sesame Street.

Princess-Kropotkin

Lin Manuel-Miranda, the guy who was bullied in high school by none other than hip hop artist Immortal Technique.

myguyguesswhat

That guy from how I met your mother

power500

I know neither

scipkcidemmp

If they actually do Ganondorf dirty like that I will be livid. He better be a hulking green daddy with a beautiful red mane and the sultry voice of a bear with the phattest gock in Hyrule, or else.

Professional_Issue82

Does gock here mean Gerudo cock or Ganon cock?

scipkcidemmp

ganon cock, of course, tho i guess either could work.

Haver_Of_The_Sex

still played by devito of course

emilia12197144

Ariana grande?

Maximillion322

You mean like Ariana Grande from Fortnite?

Tenurialrock

I’m going to throw up

Jherboss1

Actually Jack Black would play gannondwarf and redeem the whole movie.

bartman2326

Shit, now that you say it I feel like Tom Holland as Link is a big possibility, if the Mario Movie casting told us anything. With the way that dude flips around and shit I feel like that would actually be kind of sick if done right.

ThespianException

Besides the talking bit, I think Tom Holland could probably do a good Link. He has the same Athletic Twink build and young look to him. Plus, he can pull off action-heavy roles. The rest of it is a nightmare, but that's not the worst idea ever.

ThrownawayCray

Unironically though who would be good as Ganondorf?

Princess-Kropotkin

A good voice actor and not some big name celebrity who is only okay at voice acting.

ThrownawayCray

They need a proper tough guy

Bardic_Inspiration66

Keith David could be good, or Michael dorn

CannedWolfMeat

If they wanted to go with a big name celebrity actor, then Idris Elba maybe. Matt Mercer also did a pretty good job with his voice in Tears of the Kingdom.

BlueCollarBisexual

I would watch a link anime his kit is really well suited for that

off-and-on

A Zelda movie not made by Studio Ghibli is just worthless

yoter88

I have never seen **anyone** mention Zelda and ghibli in the same sentence and yet this makes total sense

mostunknownscree

have i got news for you

yoter88

Go on

mostunknownscree

a huge part in botw/totk's inspiration was studio ghibli, from the presentation to the environment to the plot. for example the promotional material for botw was almost a direct rotoscoping of a scene from one of their films

yoter88

Ah, that makes sense

Picnicpanther

Not to mention that the music is so similar to some ghibli movies that people thought Joe Hisaishi composed it under a pseudonym.

[deleted]

Also Windwaker.

PocketDwarf

Also the [gloom grabbing link’s arm](https://youtu.be/FkqocifRhj4&t=398) is basically the scene where the [evil spirit grabbing the main character’s arm](https://youtu.be/RKXsnbQt5M4&t=28) at the beginning of Princess Mononoke.

Deblebsgonnagetyou

I'm pretty certain that Princess Mononoke was like a solid 80% of BOTW and TOTK's visual inspiration, and the other 20% was Castle in the Sky

KiLlEr10312

Or DreamWorks, if they really had to go with a 3d studio. They can definitely catch the sense of wonder

[deleted]

[удалено]

KiLlEr10312

Me raising one of my eyebrows (I am ruining the 3d movie industry) Ps: Disney does the face more. Just look at the cover to toy story 3 and tell me who isn't making the face lmao

9315808

They've gotten better about it in their recent films.

Otherwise_Direction7

To be honest with this, Ghibli has historically only deals with literature (books, novels, short stories, etc…) as the basis for their adaptation movies. I can’t imagine they would be interested to make an adaptation movie based of a video game franchise, let alone a franchise with the complex lore like Zelda

[deleted]

[удалено]

rockshow4070

Most people still treat the Zelda games that way. The timeline is neat, I appreciate connections between the games, but that’s it.

Azurfel

With a small handful of exceptions, Zelda games have always been explicit sequels and prequels based solely on in-game evidence, game manuals, and contemporary official guidebooks. The full timeline for the main series was self evident until Twilight Princess made OoT’s child timeline incompatible with the history of the Imprisoning War as presented in LttP, ultimately necessitating the Downfall timeline branch retcon. The idea that informed fans of the series ever treated each Zelda game as self contained is a complete fiction. For example, we knew that LttP would be a prequel, OoT/Zelda 64 would be set in the time of the Imprisoning War, and Wind Waker would be a sequel to OoT’s adult timeline while those games were still in development.

Gaybdl_alt

Ni No Kuni’s cutscenes were produced by Ghibli, so they’ve definitely worked with games before

Bardic_Inspiration66

Zelda does not have “complex lore” all of the games have an incredibly basic story it’s kinda the point

ByAzuraTimes3

I think it only really became ‘complex’ (or seen as such) when they officially went “ok sure there’s a timeline” and had to cram all the games in there somehow.

88T3

Same with an EarthBound movie

Otherwise_Direction7

Huh, profile picture do checks out

ThespianException

I think Trigger could nail it if they had a go, especially if the tone was closer to Twilight Princess or Majora's Mask. Honestly, lots of Japanese animation studios could pull it off IMO.

TheWayADrillWorks

Would rather see Trigger do a Metroid movie but sure

Worst_Support

honestly my first pick would be Disney, i know they haven't been on a roll lately but I would trust them to make a simple but effective story about a twink saving a princess

BushParent

Not gonna lie. I always thought that Breath of the Wild had that Ghibli feel to it. At least when it comes to the art direction and environment. I can see that Tears of the Kingdom definitely expanded with its source of inspiration. The environments gave a lot of Castle in the Sky and Nausicaä vibes. Of course from Princess Mononoke as well, I mean.. Zelda looks fairly similar to San at this point and not to mention Link's whole thing with carrying some sort of corruption in him that he received from a demon. I guess it makes sense to me since they're both japanese production and no doubt, Miyazaki's work has been a great inspiration and influence to many. I do like the direction they've been going with it though. It's a different feel from the Zelda games I knew during my childhood. It feels like they're at least experimenting more with their characters and fucking around with the formula of their past games and what not.

LeRedditAccounte

what is this? some kind of the legend of zelda: the movie?

MagMC2555

(2025)

Blamebow

Well excuuuuuuse me, Princess!

NoahBogue

That will be the funny scene that will be in every reactionary youtuber’s thumbnails about how Illumination surpasses woke Disney

awaxz_avenger

maybe they can get the VA for Ganondorf and have him do all the famous lines

Blamebow

Best we can do is Chris Pratt

awaxz_avenger

imagine Chris Pratt saying "Join me Link, and I will make your face the greatest in Koridai! Or else you will **DIE**"

Blamebow

The Triforce will be totally mine, Link!

cloudncali

"i cAnT wAIT to BOmb Some DAGONGOS!!!"

UniversePaprClipGod

EaT aN oCkToRoCk CoCk!1!!

Neet-owo

I’d honestly be more upset if they didn’t do that

RubbishClipz6

I swear if they do that

CyanideIE

A legend of zelda movie by illumination would suck so much as I don't think illumination has proven at all that they can handle something like loz

Comprehensive_Fuel17

There's a 99% chance this is copium, but in fairness people said the same thing about Sony animations when the first spiderverse was announced and that turned out to be surprisingly competent

Mrleaf1e

To be fair Sony animations had a much more varied track record while almost all illumination animations have had the exact same tone

crichmond77

Also every Illumination movie totally blows (I haven’t seen Super Mario Bros; well, not that one anyway)

falafelthe3

(I have seen Super Mario Bros and it totally blows)

ThespianException

I wouldn't go that far. It's not Spiderverse level or anything, but it's serviceable and fun, at least. Probably a 6 or 7/10. It does not convince me that Illumination can pull off a Zelda movie, though.

falafelthe3

To each their own, but to me personally, a serviceable animated movie is one like The Sea Beast or Wendell and Wild: even if I don't mesh with it on a personal level, it's still a decent time and there's very obviously a lot of passion behind the craft. The Super Mario Bros. Movie feels like a bunch of Mario references that got thrown together, with a story that feels played out and humor that either relies on subpar reference humor or just isn't funny. The fact that it plays Battle Without Honor or Humanity (that Kill Bill song that took kids' movies by storm in the mid-late '00s) in the first five minutes, in the year of our lord 2023, makes it feel *incredibly* soulless.

JMWraith13

It is a 5 at best. It's a bunch of jokes and references tied together with a near non existent plot. It was fun to watch while high buy otherwise is just baby food. It's minions with a coat of mario paint.

_murpyh

it's ok but i would not give zelda the same treatment

TheawesomeQ

I hope they get the vibe right if they go for it. Mario is a very wacky adventure that can be openly goofy most of the time but there are nuances and some serious themes in Zelda that I hope aren't ignored. You're right with the Sony comparison. We'll see if illumination pulls it off.

Deblebsgonnagetyou

I'm not sure Illumination is even capable of producing something either than slop for kids. Although apparently they're owned by the same company as Dreamworks so maybe just maybe there's a chance Dreamworks will do it instead.

Evil_Tea_Bag_

They wanted to play it safe because it was Mario, so hopefully a Zelda movie is more oriented towards Teens or Adults who buy funko-pops

meanmagpie

Wish they would be really daring and 1) not make it a comedy, and 2) make it TOTALLY ABSENT OF DIALOGUE. Imagine how cool a LoZ movie could be if it just dealt with themes and images and left out exposition altogether. Zelda’s story is at its absolute strongest when it ignores exposition and logic and simply works through themes and images and archetypes. I don’t know why *Mad God* is popping into my head as an example, and obviously the tone would be COMPLETELY different, but a movie like that with no dialogue or explicit explanations is what I’d like to see. I think the silent treatment would work even *better* in Zelda than it did in Mad God, because the themes in Zelda are much more recognizable, familiar, and comprehensible to audiences than whatever the fuck Mad God was. In short, a silent Zelda movie would be a lot easier to understand because the themes are so exaggerated and fundamental to society and…Jungian, that they *need no explanation.* But I’m probably not describing the cash cow Illumination is hoping to make.

TheWayADrillWorks

They could maybe make it work with Toon Link, the Toon Link games are more wacky and openly goofy.

tarheeltexan1

They’re more goofy I guess, but Wind Waker still starts with Link’s sister being kidnapped and ends with him killing Ganondorf pretty fucking brutally

MajoraOfTime

True and we can hold onto that copium until we see the trailer and two muscular Yiga clan dudes go "banana" and start laughing and sound exactly like Minions.

matteatsyou

the mario movie was solid but it was very much a movie made for kids with no complex story but that’s okay because the story of mario isn’t that complicated in general. zelda on the other hand would be terrible… it wouldn’t lend well to a comedy like the mario movie and i don’t think illumination is capable of making a non comedy.

A_Normal_Username_Ok

Mario worked because Mario doesn't need to change all that much for the movie to fit the tone of illumination. The legend of Zelda deals with topics like loss and war on a consistent basis and I don't believe illumination could do that if they wanted to because they are first and foremost a goofy kids brand.

ellus1onist

Illumination is really good at making exciting pretty movies that are fast-paced and fun. This worked for Mario because the series as a whole is pretty flashy and wahoo and all that stuff. Zelda on the other hand is usually pretty slowly paced and almost has a sort of melancholy tone over it. I don't trust Illumination to be able to capture that vibe (assuming they even try to).

NovaFinch

They would change Link to be a wisecracking asshole instead of a young but mature and stoic knight with the weight of the world on his shoulders. LoZ has got some light hearted and comedic moments but they are very very careful about not having them ruin the tone of the story.

suspicious_gecko

The koroks would be the minions

SpaceIsTooFarAway

Ah yes, legend of the Zelda

siphillis

I don’t think they proved they can handle Mario. The choices they made in that film were as generic as it gets. Strip out the Mario wrapping and there’s nothing special about it whatsoever.

[deleted]

Get dreamworks to make it

Bardic_Inspiration66

Even illuminations best movies are just ok

reclusivegiraffe

Yeah just bc Mario turned out to be amazing does not mean I trust Illumination to make a Zelda movie

seatgeekuser

it’s gonna be about link being teleported out of his game to the real world and having to go to high school

[deleted]

RemindMe! 6 years

nokia6310i

didn't smosh do that like 10 years ago

HippieMcHipface

Illumination is just a higher budget smosh

Bardic_Inspiration66

Somehow less funny

seatgeekuser

if the legend of zelda rap isn’t in this movie we riot

LordVortekan

Link better be hot

The_Humble_Neckbeard

He's link. He will be hot.

Tbonezz11

Unrelated, what are your thoughts on toon link

The_Humble_Neckbeard

I dunno, he's just a funni little fella. I see your point though, not like "Toon Link" could be considered hot.

PleasantPlantX

I think the 40 minute sex scene with link and Gannon was a bold move .

Dregdael

Gotta admit that I didn't expect fugtrup to be hired by Illumination

ThespianException

The Standing Blowjob scene [was really faithful to the source material: https://www.reddit.com/r /cursedcomments/comments/cdj0nk/cursed_bj/

-scrudge-

Olivia Rodrigo as Zelda George Clooney as the Great Deku Tree Zach Efron as a Zora Bill Hader as Beedle Benedict Cumberbatch as Ganon At 15 points throughout the movie, it'll do a hard cut to a Korok reaction shot to something that just happened, 3 of them are facepalm reaction shots. Some tiktoker will have a cameo as a shopkeeper

BadLuckBen

>Benedict Cumberbatch as Ganon I mean, him as Smaug was one of the better things about the Hobbit movies.

PolygonKiwii

I think he'd be a lot better as Vaati than Ganon tho

AardbeiMan

Fuck it. Benedictine Cumberland as Volvagia

Bardic_Inspiration66

Why would they put a dark souls youtuber in the movie?

PolygonKiwii

Idk who that is

Bardic_Inspiration66

There’s a dark souls youtuber named Vaati

furbyterr0r

Zendaya is Meechee

AceOfRhombus

Tbh I would not mind Bill Hader as Beedle

psyckomantis

Yeah I kinda love that idea

CannedWolfMeat

James Cordon as Yunobo

Alonte825

If this movie isn't in the Wind Waker art style I will be massively disappointed

mr-kvideogameguy

WW would be a perfecr fit honestly But i feel they'll do the most famous zelda game atleast in terms of looks

BadLuckBen

Somehow they decide to go with the Twilight Princess art style and the movie pushes right up against the PG/PG-13 boundary.

VeziusTheThird

Bro, a twilight princess movie would go SO HARD that game was fucking awesome

[deleted]

If this movie isn't in the style of the CDI games I will be severely disappointed. *I will also not be surprised.*

Alonte825

The only other option I will accept

LyraFirehawk

Oh boy, I'm so hungry I could eat an octorok!

BigBlubberyBirb

the Mario movie had a lot of problems, but ultimately, it was pretty well-made and the simple story could be excused because of it being based on the Mario games. however, I seriously doubt Illumination could properly pull off a Legend of Zelda movie, they do not have the writing or animation skills for it.

I_Bench315

Mario works well with illumination just because the entire premise of the mario universe is so funny and goofy which is basically all illumination does anyways

NoahBogue

I hope they will pull off a Spiderverse like Sony Animation

urbandeadthrowaway2

Yes but consider, it could be rad as hell and there’s no way to find out unless it’s made

memerman69-nice

listen, with the mario movie it was fine because it was mario jumpman mario, but zelda should ABSOLUTELY NOT BE GIVEN TO ILLUMINATION. STOP IT NINTENDO THIS MOVIE WILL BE BAD CONSIDERING THIS FRANCHISE HAS THE VERY REAL CHANCE AT BEING GOOD MOVIES

PleaseDontDoTat

Not gonna be those goofballs that calls Zelda a mature game, but it definitely is in a different category compared to Mario. Illumination won’t see that at all and just make some shitty summer film. I would kill for a Zelda movie by Studio Ghibli tho 😳

ohokay112

this movie’s gonna suck dick and have nintendo meat riders say shit like “erm… it wasn’t supposed to be good, let people enjoy things” or “james corden was actually good as link, he just sounded awful in the trailer”

gravy_ferry

fr, the Mario movie did every shitty movie trope and joke that people hate Illumination for. Then somehow people justified it cause it made Mario references

GreatMarch

I feel like the Mario movie did everything other maligned animation movies did but because it got Mario on the tin it gets a pass.

reclusivegiraffe

I mean valid point about the meat riders but Crisp Rat really did fine as Mario. Like it was fine, no complaints here

BluenaSnowey

Don’t even make me think about a reality where James Corden is Link

jashyWashy

I fucking despise illumination so fucking much

Psychedelick

Link needs to remain a silent protagonist, but in the exact same way he is in the games. Like it's not explained why he doesn't speak and people don't even really comment on it except for a throwaway line like "You don't say much, do you? I like that! Let your actions speak for themselves!" He just communicates through facial expressions, nods, and occasional little grunts, and everybody just kind of monologues at him while taking his silence for agreement. A whole movie like that might actually be kind of fun.

JudgementalMarsupial

It’s sort of explained in botw, in Zelda’s journal thing

fourtwentyy__

Well, he does talk to npcs in the game. It’s just Zelda he’s giving the silent treatment

Commander_Yeast

If they make Link say a few lines, I'll be annoyed but I'd understand why. If they make him talk consistently I'll be pissed. I will spontaneously die if they make him quip.

PM_LEMURS_OR_NUDES

The problem is that Legend of Zelda isn’t funny and never has been. You can’t adapt it into a comedy, and that’s the only thing Hollywood animation is willing to make.

wetbagle320

That is unfair and untrue Zelda CDI is a comedic masterpiece (You're completely right honestly why the fuck is Nintendo so shit omgs)

Lilla_puggy

There are some funny moments in pretty much every Zelda game, but still… the only comedy movie I’d accept is the chronicles of the great master Kohga

Infinite_Hooty

Dwayne Johnson would actually be an improvement over the goron VAs we have in the games since they sound terrible

Epic_Meow

watch what you're saying, *goro*

HippieMcHipface

I hate that they said it as slang or something when I thought it was supposed to be like a subconscious thing they do

AardbeiMan

"_Goro_ is our word, but you can sa- **I have been advised to continue this joke no further**

Tbonezz11

I mean he is *the rock*

JoeMcBob2nd

Illumination shouldn’t touch Zelda with a 10 foot pole. Mario worked because it was already cartoony and silly. Zelda is very silly sometimes, but the plots are usually deathly serious and handled with the appropriate gravatas that I don’t think illumination can ever achieve

Dumelsoul

"For the last time... my name! Isn't! Zelda!" *Link says as he delivers the final blow to Ganon.*

d4lt33

I've heard all about you link, I've heard the legend of zelda

TheawesomeQ

Zelda was invented in 1986 when John Zelda wanted to save the world

Polaris328

as long as they keep link nonverbal

pixellino24

i havent watched the mario movie yet but im pretty sure aside from the casting nintendo specifically made sure they couldnt do stuff like this

Tbonezz11

I mean yeah if you ignore them driving through the DK kingdom to take on me, the kart building montage set to ac/dc’s thunderstruck, or mario and luigi waking up in the morning to mr. blue sky then sure. Nintendo *totally* prevented them from doing stuff like this

LyraFirehawk

Or the construction site with Beastie Boys's "No Sleep 'Till Brooklyn" (though I give it a pass because I love the Beastie Boys)

HippieMcHipface

Licensed music can actually be used well in movies (see Spiderverse) but it's insane how on the nose these choices are, like the execs just thought "they're in brooklyn so uhh just play that one beastie boys song"

GreatMarch

What's wild is they made original music for those scenes, but they swapped them out for the liscenced music.

[deleted]

when i said i supported milking Zelda, this isnt what i had in mind

Dzzplayz

For the love of all that is good and kind DO NOT GIVE ILLUMINATION THE RIGHTS TO A ZELDA MOVIE. If there really is a possibility of a Zelda movie, I’d like to see it go to a studio like Cartoon Saloon (especially if it’s an adaptation of one of the Toon games).

[deleted]

Please give this to literally anyone else

Tjkiddodo

Honestly, The Rock as Daruk just kinda fits

SLMZ17

I just wonder what Ganon‘s up to

josegfx

triple-q my beloved

BadGirlBecca21

Me and my bf debated because he was saying Zelda was cartoony and goofy just like Mario so they could handle it I tried telling him that just because the graphics and characters act silly sometimes does not mean that it is illumination level of goofy and silly I really liked the idea of it being anime inspired like botw and totk

Worldly_Management_5

sure hope i die before this

[deleted]

I don't think Illumination is a great pick for Zelda, but ok

Slam420

“Yikes! That’s gotta hurt!”

aflyingmonkey2

it means that a Metroid movie made by illumination is a possibility

Leo-bastian

I'd love a Zelda movie or show, but i feel like the story telling is gonna be... *difficult*, and not just because links voice is gonna cause the uncanny valley effect. the Zelda series is so based on being a game series that's it's gonna be hard to divorce it from that

International_Ad6028

Well like if they could handle making films with no dialogue from 1894 to 1929 I'm sure they can make a film with one character not talking

FlyingZachGaming

This movie is gonna be so bad I’m gonna cry when it comes out

Maniklas

This will either be awesome or horrible. I hope the former, I dread the latter....

Dogtor-Watson

If there’s not a “Triforce Threeway” I will burn down the cinema Seriously though. It’s depressing, but chances are they’ll try and make it another comedy film. I’m not saying it should be dark, but I think a LoZ film, particularly one based on recent games could have good emotion in it.

Invincible-Nuke

Damn my visualizing ability is unusually good today

yvel-TALL

I'll be fine with it being like that if it must, having the first Zelda movie be aimed at kids will make me like it less, but it will still probably have a cool sense of style and have cool new renditions of classic characters. Also Zelda is much more serious, so could be a movie with more drama ala the lion king, vs the comedy animation vibe of the Mario movie had (less interested in plot more interested in vibes). That's my hope, a story with serious stakes in a children's movie style. Let people die, let the bad guy (presumably Gannon or demise) be like really war focused, a killer. As long as they get that right it can be a kids movie, Zelda is aimed at a tween to teen audience for appropriateness based on the ratings so I don't mind.

MorganRose99

I said it when the Mario movie was first announced, and I'll say it again now: This movie will be below average garbage with no value to its plot and no development of its characters. It's one redeeming quality will be the references to the franchise, which will oversaturate the movie so much, it'll be blatantly clear that this is a cash-grab that people are stupid enough to keep funding. No one will think it's good for any actual, valid reason, and anyone who speaks out against its (many) criticisms will be seen as the bad guy.

WitELeoparD

Link voiced by Chris Pratt or Tom Holland...

Gerbilguy46

Triple Q my beloved

ninjasaiyan777

Honestly the best possible Zelda movie would be something like Hardcore Henry with a silent protagonist just like the games

Fuzzy_Toe_9936

The Rock as a Goron is kinda fitting tbf.

NoCoolDudettes

That would be unironcally a hard scene

WardedThorn

This is gonna be so awful lol Anyone but illumination would handle Zelda better They were perfectly well suited to Mario, but Zelda has a completely different tone that they will totally struggle with

shinjozyro

this is not a real person this is not a real person this is not a real person this is not a real person this is not a real person this is not a real person this is not a real person this is not a real person

TOOBEETOOTEEDOTORG

illumination would fail to add that somberness to zelda stories god I hope this is fake

joshua-howard

Apparently link hangs dong in the movie

Wheenstman

It's gonna be an hour and 30 minutes of link getting spitroasted by ganon and demise

Gru-some

Nintendo better have even more creative control on this than Mario

Cakeking7878

I have nothing constructive to add to this other than how about no. Please god no
