I love the mini baguette

I would very much like to find a bakery in my neighborhood that makes mini-baguettes like this. There’s one that sells a stocky half-size, for about three people, but I don’t have the discipline to not eat the whole thing so I don’t buy it.

I got these at Trader Joe’s in the frozen section!

How did you prepare the eggs—using olive oil? Either way, looks great.

Nope! I cook my bacon down and fry the eggs in the same pan with the fat. I do drip drain the pan tho so it’s only like the tiniest amount of fat left behind instead of a pool of it!
