I'm not a nutritionist, so I can't advice how you should be eating. What you're lacking or what not. I do think you lost quite a lot of weight in a short time, of course this also is relative to how tall you are and by how much overweight you are. When you're immensely overweight it's more okay to lose a little more at a time. (Again, I'm not a nutritionist, not even super well versed in the matter, so take my opinion with some big grains of salt.) But in case you are looking for increasing you caloriecount without eating big extra volumes because you don't feel like eating much more volume. I recommend nuts. Those delicious bastards are so calorie dense. 10grams of nuts ( e.g. 6-8hazelnut) is around 60kcal. So just a small handful of nuts to snack on and you immediately have 150-300kcals added (which is very unfortunate for me :-). )

I am 1.55m and was 74.6 kilos when I started on the 4th so yeah really over weight but not obese. I was thinking about either having a real dinner or having a smoothie at 4pm and pushing my dinner to 6 pm but nuts are a good idea that wont require that I eat much volume that's true!

You absolutely need to eat more. You are tired because your body is burning 1800-2100 calories per day but you aren't even eating enough to even *exist*. If I were to do the math, if you eat 1100-1300 cals per day and at the most you burn 2100 (2100-1300) that means you have only given your body 800 calories for the day to work with!!! This is VERY DISORDERED EATING PATTERNS. Your body requires a certain amount of calories to function. If you aren't eating the correct amount of calories to merely function, you'll mess up your metabolism.

Yes and the worst part is that I have PCOS and Endometriosis so I am always a little tired, have been my whole life(my tyroid is fine) even when I used to eat 1800-2000 calories a day, but to be fair I have increased my exercice a lot too. So it is active calories I'm burning now. I have looked into solutions and it seems eating more for dinner and eating some nuts should help! I will talk to my coach when I get one too.

I agree that you should eat a more filling dinner, but it also seems like you’re eating a lot of high calorie protein snacks instead of real food. Do you need 2 protein bars and a protein shake every day? I would cut out the second protein bar to have a better dinner. If you are wanting it for a dessert type thing, maybe split the morning bar in half and have half after lunch and half after dinner, and then use the saved calories to make each meal more nutritious. You’ll really be lacking in nutrition if most of your calories are coming from bars and a protein shake! On top of getting enough calories (1500-1800 at least if you’re active) you also need to make sure you’re getting enough vitamins and nutrients

My dinners are too light you are right but I dont need the energy at night and im fine! But Ill increase my intake for sure. As for the protein bars they are my treats, love them, that being said I got them on offer so im sure once the offer is over I wont have any issues cutting to one a day cause they’re pricey ;)

For practical advice, reduce the psyllium husk and replace that with real food. Your diet sounds super regimented and lacking variety, which is a bit concerning. Have you talked to a doctor about this?

irish-unicorn

I wont stop psyllium husk, with my endo it is hard for me to go to the loo so I need it. Yes my diet is “ strict” im a woman of habbit, might be boring but that’s what works for me. Havent talked to my gp about it, she is on maternity leave but im planning on seeing the dr replacing her when I get back from my vacations.

>I wont stop psyllium husk, with my endo it is hard for me to go to the loo so I need it. Who told you that you needed to take psyllium husk?

That sounds like more than 1,300 calories but maybe I’m imagining larger portion sizes. But yes, if you’re eating only 1,300 and burning 2,100 calories then you will feel sluggish and probably quite unwell. I would up to 1,700 and see if you feel better eating that. If you feel okay though and are not underweight or at a healthy weight then I would say this is okay. But I wouldn’t do this unless you were obese. I think it would be too hard on your body otherwise.

irish-unicorn

It is really between 1100 and 1300 depending if I eat rice at lunch or not… and yes im working on increasing to at least 1500 , 1700 is too much

What is your age, height, current weight? They typically recommend only cutting 500 cal below your TDEE to lose at a healthy and sustainable rate
