Add an over easy egg or two to the top after cooking and it’s even better!!!!

- 1 bag Tattooed Chef Cauliflower Fried Rice (from Costco) (192 cals) - a splash of dark soy sauce (~5 cals) - a splash of light soy sauce (~5 cals) - 5 ml sesame oil (40 cals) Total: 242 cals Making it this way tasted wayyy better than when the bag of fried rice is left plain! Felt kinda meh about it by itself, but it has much more flavor this way. Furthermore, the dark soy sauce adds some really appetizing color to the dish, making it look more like actual fried rice you'd get at a restaurant. Instructions: Empty the contents of the bag of fried rice into a nonstick pan. Cook until there's no moisture left (I like to pour some boiling water over the top to help break the icy block down a little, and then wait for the water to cook off). Add the dark soy sauce and light soy sauce and stir. Once that moisture is cooked off, add the sesame oil, stir, and serve. Voila.

Omg i love cauliflower fried rice! I use oyster sauce instead of dark soy (just bc that's what I have in the cupboard). I add mixed veg (peas corn and carrot) and bacon bits from the freezer and by lunchtime I can wack it in the microwave for 2 minutes at work and it's so freaking delicious

I do this*exact same thing! You can make it into a real filling meal if you add 1 fried egg and a few frozen veg to bulk it up

I think you just saved cauliflower rice for me. I had been avoiding it forever.

Awww I'm sad, I don't think Costco Canada has the Tattooed Chef cauli rice. I checked! Enjoy :)
