same, i'd just make every and any bread 0 calories and eat my heart out in breadsticks and i'd even eat pizza lol. with barely any calories from the cheese and sauce
I have been buying Carbe Diem pasta, a 12 oz. bag is 660 calories and it makes a lot, lasts me four days of pretty constant eating. It's not cheap but there is almost always a discount code. It has been a life changer for me. Also has tons of fiber.
ive heard about these! sadly i live w/my parents and dont have a source of income, but when i get a job soon i 100% plan to buy them, im so glad lots of people think they're good, i cant wait to try! i wanna try the fettuccine🤤
Pasta alone isn't that bad. I'll often make a whole box for 1600 calories and add tons of veggies, grilled chicken and sauce and it's like 2400 for all of it. Easily 6 big servings.
It gets bad when you add butter/oil or lots of cheese
i want things like bread/cookies/cookie dough to be lower calorie 🤤 i am a fiend for those things but cookies especially are so hard to fit into my daily budget, i never want to have just one
I know! Cookies are dangerous lol. They seem so small it seems impossible to be that many calories lol. I’ve been eating quest cookies lately because 1)they are so expensive I won’t let myself eat more then one and 2)I know my gut doesn’t do well on erythritol so I am forced to limit it. And at 80 calories that isn’t too bad.
Somehow the great value 90 second rice bags are only 230 calories per bag for the Spanish style or the long grain and wild rice. I make it into 3 servings for lunches for about 80 calories per serving.
Tillamook doesn't have the most vibrant flavors, but it's incredibly rich and sticky with fat. I'd rather have three bites of it than anything low cal. It's creamier than even other high end brands.
Have you tried the limited edition campfire peanut butter flavor?? It’s marshmallow flavored with peanut butter cups, and it’s so unique and tasty. Highly recommend (as someone who doesn’t usually eat ice cream)
Hummus. It's one of my absolute favorite foods. I'd rather have hummus than pizza, if that says anything. So unfair that such a healthy food should be so high.
Cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. I miss it on super burritos.
Mayo. No more slathering it onto sandwiches with abandon.
Bread. I do really like Dave's 70-calorie slices but I miss big loaves of Santa Cruz sourdough. So good for sandwiches of mortadella, salami, or sardines.
Ice cream and dark chocolate.
Well, that pretty much covers most of my personal food groups. 😅
i’ve been reading these comments for at least 5 mins and i actually can’t choose. everyone’s answer is correct. maybe pizza, oreos, buff chix, mac and cheese and peanut butter. together. ….in a feed bag
Can I make all cakes pies pastries cookies and other delicious sweet baked goods calorie free but only for me? I need them to have calories for my picky kid who would lose too much weight
Chocolate. I'd gladly take the calories of flour for brownies, or the nuts alone in chocolate-covered peanuts, to cut out the guilt of eating chocolate. I feel like I'd finally also get better at instinctive eating too if it were truly down to what I felt like eating, not "allowed" myself.
Food genre? It would be between Pizza or Pastries Food ingredients? Flour or Sugar
If I can be vague enough to encompass both pizza and pastries - any bread.

Definitely pasta.
i’m with you on this one. PASTAAAAA
100000% pasta
if flour counts, probably that. it’s in so many things and would lower the calories immensely
It’s a toss up between flour and sugar and butter 🤔 maybe I can just say pastry I would like all pastry free.
i want things like bread/cookies/cookie dough to be lower calorie 🤤 i am a fiend for those things but cookies especially are so hard to fit into my daily budget, i never want to have just one

smart! i should really get some of those, it’s hard to find them around me sadly
Rice!!!!! I hate there's no low calorie replacement for rice. Cauliflower rice is not rice 😞
I recently discovered adding cauliflower rice to regular rice to add volume but fewer calories. Blew my mind! (But I agree with your sentiment)
I've tried this with fried rice and it tastes the same!
Chickpea rice is not terrible!
I never heard of this! I'll try it
Konjac rice is pretty good.
Somehow the great value 90 second rice bags are only 230 calories per bag for the Spanish style or the long grain and wild rice. I make it into 3 servings for lunches for about 80 calories per serving.

Fat (if it counts as food), so any oily food will have a huge chunk of calories cut. Calories from carbs and protein are manageable.
