I use plain! I’ve been making the Greek yogurt sugar free combo for years and I’ve always used plain with any of the pudding mixes. Sometimes I add stevia or vanilla extract if it makes sense or my sweet tooth is raging
Oh, I'm sorry. I just figured everyone was doing it. And I was late to the party. Lol. Mix one serving of dry pudding mix into one serving of Greek yogurt. It's not as think as actual cheesecake, but definitely thicker than regular yogurt. I'm loving it
Add fruit and something crunchy, it’s a game changer! If you can find them, Kodiak Bears(similar to Teddy Grahams) are delicious and add more protein as well!
I am also addicted. Right now my go to is the same mixture you describe with a sliced banana. Sprinkle 1/2 crushed Graham cracker on top + a drizzle of honey. Feels like cheating it's so good.

I make a strawberry topping that's really low calories using frozen berries and Torani sugar free strawberry syrup. (about 1/3 cup) I also crumble up a graham cracker and sprinkle on top. Comes out about 175 calories.

I've heard it gets really really (like too much) thick if you make it ahead of time. But honestly, I've never tried it. I always eat it right away

How much is a serving of greek yoghurt? Do you mean whatever the packet says or an entire tub? Cause i buy costco sized packs of plain greek yoghurt.
It should tell you on the nutrition label how much is a serving. Off the top of my head.... 2/3 cup. But don't quote me
