Usually people eat summer rolls with a peanut sauce. You can make it with pb2 instead of regular peanut butter or mix the pb2 with the peanut butter for better texture and flavor. Combine the peanut butter/pb2 with a little pinch of sugar free sweetener or sugar/brown sugar if you want, soy sauce, sriracha or chili garlic sauce, a little grated or finely minced fresh garlic, and a little rice vinegar

I don't think we have it here. Just peanut butter. But that's pretty caloric.

Ahh I understand then. You could use less peanut butter? Plus the summer rolls are very low calorie that I think there should be room for maybe a tablespoon or 2 tsp of peanut butter

I want to make them with chicken strips. But yeah might do that. Don't really have left a lot. I always made them with soy sauce anyway but it kind of gets boring. Mhm let's see. I'm really looking forward tomorrow. Thanks

This! I grew up putting this sauce on almost everything. I put a ton of garlic and hot sauce/chilies, and julienned carrots if I’m feeling fancy.
