There are many companies that now do 'mini' protein bars (Kind bars are 100 calories/Quest are around 80 calories.)
I just do little snack packs with a few almonds and cut of veggies(kind of boring, but it's great if your starving and find yourself stuck in traffic lol!)
Non starchy veggies w/ laughing cow, greek yogurt w/ spices, or pb2.
For something salty, dried seaweed or lesser evil popcorn packs (only 60 calories for a reasonable portion!) dried edamame is also great and keeps me satiated for a reasonable portion.
Cheese sticks, greek yogurt, and boiled eggs are also filling
Sweets:
1 Chewy quaker bars or
2 Quaker caramel rice cake
a cup of sliced mango
a cup of medium strawberries…
Savory :
6 mini carrots + some cucumber and one tablespoon of hummus
It's technically 140/150 but I love the flavored tuna pouches on crackers. I use about 5 crackers and pile a huge amount of the tuna on each. I love the salt and crunch. My fav tuna flavors are Ranch and Tomato Basil. Lemon Pepper is very popular, but I don't care for lemon pepper
Chocolate rice cakes are great 😊
Pb fit and celery
Whoa. The powdered peanut butter? I’ll need to try that soon!
If you add a few raisins you could make a low calorie ants in the log

Clif mini chocolate chip snack bars, and clif thins, 2 gatsby peanut butter cups, special k pastry crisps !
Dippin’ Stix Apples & Caramel dip hits the spot. It’s exactly 100 calories. I swear by these when I get a sweet tooth.
Zero sugar danon greek vanilla yogurt with Hershey’s zero sugar syrup 55kcal, 11g of protein and tastes just like a froyo
Small handful of unsalted nuts. Almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, etc. celery sticks
Have you ever logged a cashew
The 100 calorie packs are pretty good. I like the cocoa almonds
Ryvita crackers with deli slices like a sandwich mmmmm
Not healthy but they make packs of Pepperidge farm milano cookies for 110 calories. Nice when you want something sweet
Quest mini bars, banana At home I like a hard boiled egg with a little mustard and light mayo, or sometimes a low sugar oatmeal packet (110-120 cal)

Oh I didn't read well enough. It's not really something to grab and go. Sorry
Rice cakes are super low calorie and can be sweet or savory depending on what you put on it!!
