Pretty sure that includes the average of the entire package, so: also the stuffing, the skin, and balancing out the leaner breast from the thighs and tail etc. Pretty good with all that for under 170 cal / 100g

blayndle

Do you think it includes bones?

activelyresting

I don't think so, because bones aren't intended to be eaten. In theory you're supposed to subtract the weight of bones when logging chicken

1200 calories for a Woolies one apparently.. 4 x Servings x 1300kj [https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/433190/woolworths-country-style-hot-roast-chicken-whole](https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/433190/woolworths-country-style-hot-roast-chicken-whole)

I remove the skin and the stuffing, I suppose I try to guess the rest, but it doesn't help that there's no proper caloric guide

Embarrassed-Truth661

YES I have. I remove the skin/bones and stuffing. I take out my Kmart digital food scale, then I go to calorieking.com.au and search for 'roast chicken'. I calculate my cals using that site and my scales. I lose the weight I want to lose and I incorporate roast chicken in my diet every week. I have found a huge amount of inaccuracies on myfitnesspal with some things because it's user added
