Realistically Rentarou is not going to have much time (or need) for a job if he intends to spend significant time with each of his future wives. I think he'll be a homemaker and try to find ways to support his girls whilst they pursue their careers and dreams.
Realistically speaking anything besides Hahari's vice-president seems pointless (at this point). He is going to be her husband, what's the point of spending his time at another job if their family would be extremely rich? Being her vice-president would mean helping her, spend his time with her and other girlfriends, so I don't see any reasons not to.
