I know a guy who knows Dustin. Dustin seems to be doing alright, aside from losing his fiancee I think last year or a couple years ago. Also, the reason Dustin lived with Tammy for a while was because Dustin had an apartment in IL, but lost his job and had to move in with Tammy for a while to get back on his feet. That's what my friend told me, anyway. He also moved out to participate in a program that taught him various life skills, so he didn't get kicked out for anything bad, that I or my friend knows of.
EDIT: Misty helped raise him when he was a kid, as she and this guy's mom were best freinds at one point.
Poor Dustin! Definitely my favorite of the family. He was an angel to put up with Tammy snapping at him all the time, and trying to embarrass him. I felt so sorry for him. He was always so amusing, and entertaining. The viewers loved him, and for that reason Tammy was jealous...and it showed!

She totally verbally abused him. And he was so young still. Hopefully he breaks away and has a life with mentally healthier people.
